SHIPPING

How do I track my order?

You can track the status of all your orders by logging into your profile and navigating to "My Orders".

 

 

What are the shipping options?

 

You can easily place your order and have it delivered to your home within 3 working days from the order date, provided the item is in stock and ordered before 1:00 PM. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified via email about the expected delivery time. We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days.

 

 

How do I return my order?

Once you inform us via the contact form or email that you wish to exchange or return your order, we will provide you with all the necessary information for the return shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within Europe. We do not ship to countries outside of Europe. 
 

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

All orders are fully trackable and insured. Once your order has been booked with us, you will receive an email from our courier containing a tracking link. Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery time is only an approximation and may change. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact the designated courier first.

Make sure all of the following information is correctly provided when placing your order to avoid delays or additional charges, which will be at your expense:
 

  1. Full name of the recipient

  2. Complete address of the recipient

  3. Email address and phone number of the recipient (preferably mobile)
     

You are responsible for being present to receive your order upon delivery. Any additional costs resulting from failed delivery attempts or redirection to an address other than those provided at the time of ordering will be at your expense.

What are your return and exchange policies?

All items returned are shipped at the sender's expense.

For exchanges, we will send the new item to you without additional shipping costs.

You can return or exchange your purchased item within 14 days of purchase.

After contacting us via the contact form or email, we will refund the paid amount once you provide us with your payment details. This will be done within a period of 10 working days.

Please note!! In the case of discounted items or custom-made items, you will not receive a refund of your purchase price, and it is not possible to exchange your item.

 

Return costs are deducted from the refunded purchase price + shipping costs are also charged.
